With an extensive trajectory, the Deltebre Dansa Festival is an international reference in dance, circus, and performing arts. Thousands of people and hundreds of artists from around the world come together in the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta — two hours away from Barcelona — to coexist and live a unique, avant-garde, multicultural, and artistically rich experience.
It is a space where dance and circus students and professionals can explore the languages of movement, where they unlearn in order to continue learning, and above all, a moment to celebrate movement. The festival is also designed for the audience, for those who love performing arts, dance, and for those who want to discover them.
For professionals in contemporary dance and circus who wish to receive professional multidisciplinary artistic training, taught by renowned teachers with a proven artistic background.

Spaces and municipality
When night falls, the Deltebre Dansa tent, located in Parc del Riu (with a capacity of 900 people), hosts dance and circus performances. This corner near the Ebro River (with food trucks and colorful festive lighting) becomes the focal point of the Deltebre Dansa program.
The Deltebre Dansa festival dedicates a specific area for artistic training. Workshops for professionals and beginners are held in temporary tents and a pavilion, spaces located next to other key facilities such as canteens and festival information points.
During the festival, we have different creative spaces where community creation takes place. It is a microcosm for experimenting, exchanging, improvising, and creating a unique show that showcases the participants’ personal artistic vision.
